Good design starts with actual evidence. I don't trust assumptions, I test them. Through field studies, usability testing, interviews, and surveys, I dig into real user behavior to surface what's actually happening, not what stakeholders think is happening.

And having worked across the UAE, KSA, Europe and the UK, I know that what you discover often depends entirely on who you're asking.

From first sketch to final prototype, I work across the full range of design craft — translating research and strategy into wireframes, service concepts, and tangible experiences that teams can test, iterate, and build from.

Using design thinking as a lens, I map, evaluate, and redesign the touchpoints people interact with every day — removing friction, closing gaps, and creating experiences that feel effortless from the outside, even when the systems behind them are complex.

Every strategic challenge has two sides: what the business needs, and what the user wants. I use stakeholder workshops and design thinking methodologies to surface business objectives, align cross-functional teams and find creative solutions that work for both.

Once the strategy is defined, I translate it into frameworks and quality standards that teams can work from independently — articulating not just what the solution is, but what good looks like, and how to consistently deliver it at scale.
